Leyton Orient secured a spot in the League One play-offs by defeating Huddersfield with a strong 4-1 victory.
Within two minutes, the home team unintentionally helped Orient take the lead when Josh Koroma's misplayed pass set up Jamie Donley to score easily, and a pass across the box allowed Dan Agyei to score.
Shortly after, Agyei almost scored a second goal but hit the crossbar. Huddersfield's goalkeeper fumbled a deflected cross from Agyei into his own net, extending Orient's lead to 2-0.
Before half-time, Koroma reduced the deficit with a header, while Orient's assistant manager, Paul Terry, was shown a red card for delaying a quick throw-in.
After the break, Agyei sealed the victory by scoring again from a swift counter-attack.
To complete the 4-1 scoreline, substitute Azeem Abdulai scored with a close-range header following Ethan Galbraith's cross during a break after a Huddersfield corner.
