Despite a valiant effort, Ebbsfleet's relegation from the National League was confirmed following a 3-3 draw with Aldershot.
It had been expected for some time that Ebbsfleet would face relegation, but they showed improvement in this match, taking a 3-2 lead in the opening half hour.
Aldershot went ahead twice with goals from Ryan Jones in the 14th minute and Josh Barrett five minutes later, but Franklin Domi and George Moncur equalized for Ebbsfleet. Aaron Cosgrave then put Ebbsfleet in the lead, only for Tyler Frost to rescue a point for Aldershot with a 67th-minute penalty.
