Barrow's Tyler Smith secures a tie against Morecambe

Barrow managed to recover from a two-goal deficit to secure a draw in a 2-2 match against Morecambe with a player less at the Mazuma Stadium.

Morecambe took the lead with a goal from Gwion Edwards before Max Taylor received a red card for a foul on Ben Whitfield just before half-time.

Despite the disadvantage of having a player less, Morecambe extended their lead in injury time when Lee Angol's shot deflected past Paul Farman from the edge of the box.

Morecambe missed a chance to score a third early in the second half when Andy Dallas' attempt was saved brilliantly by Farman.

Following Dallas's miss, Barrow responded and Robbie Gotts scored from close range after Harry Burgoyne's save from a close-range header.

However, Burgoyne's error allowed Barrow to equalize as he let a shot from Dean Campbell slip through his hands, allowing Tyler Smith to score easily.

Campbell missed an opportunity to secure the victory in the final moments as he shot wide, resulting in both teams settling for a single point.
