Forest Green moved up to first place in the National League after defeating York 2-0 at The New Lawn.
Two goals in the second half from Harvey Bunker and Kyle McAllister secured Forest Green's unbeaten record at home this season and handed York their first defeat in 13 league games.
Despite York being on a winning streak of four games, they had a chance in the third minute when Dipo Akinyemi's shot was saved by Forest Green goalkeeper Jed Ward.
Forest Green came close to scoring early in the second half, but Joe Quigley's shot hit the post.
Bunker opened the scoring in the 64th minute, firing the ball into the top corner after York's defense failed to clear the danger. McAllister then sealed the win with a goal seven minutes before the end, hitting the ball into the net via the upright.
