Wycombe moved ahead of Birmingham to take first place in League One with an impressive 5-0 win over Stockport.
Richard Kone scored twice, one of which was a penalty, and Fred Onyedinma added another goal to give the away team a three-goal lead within the first 18 minutes at Edgeley Park.
Onyedinma found the back of the net with a header and Aaron Morley scored in the second half to secure Wycombe’s fifth consecutive league victory as they surpassed Birmingham on goal difference.
Wycombe opened the scoring after 10 minutes when Fraser Horsfall committed a foul on Dan Udoh and Kone successfully converted the penalty.
Shortly after, Onyedinma took advantage of County's defensive lapse to double the lead.
Kone scored his second goal after Corey Addai deflected Cameron Humphreys’ cross into his path, allowing him to score from close range.
Kone came close to completing a hat-trick before the half-hour mark, but Callum Connolly cleared the ball off the line.
Just after the hour mark, Addai made a good save from Udoh’s powerful shot, but Onyedinma headed in Humphreys’ cross to make it 4-0 after 70 minutes.
Addai initially stopped Kone from scoring a fifth goal, but he couldn't prevent Morley from finding the net with a low shot in the 77th minute.
